Hi all!

I'm working on improving some core algorithms in RMS and would find raw video files extremely helpful. Does anybody here have such dataset to share?

I'm mainly interested in videos of both bright and faint meteors, however, some videos of non-meteors would be appreciated as well (just stars, clouds, airplanes, lighting, bugs, etc.).

Hi Milan,

What exactly do you mean by video chunks? Are those window clippings like fireball extractor produces in RMS (FR files)?

I'm interested in video files of full FOV. If you have those, count me interested. :) Don't need huge amount, just a dozen meteors and few non-meteors.

I have a camera which has terrible bug problems. Can you tell me exactly how to record the video for you, and I can make it happen? I'm imagining that you want me to use FFMPEG to record to .MP4 format?

I have various types of recorded images, including videos of reentries, satellite flares, insects, birds, airplanes, meteors, sprites, lightning, thunderstorms, and much more. These images are captured from the five monitoring stations I have, and they are recorded round-the-clock, 24 hours a day.

However, before sending the videos, I would like to know the most suitable way to send them to you. Would you prefer that I share them through an online file sharing platform such as Dropbox or Google Drive, or would you prefer that I send them via email? Please let me know your preferred method of receiving the videos.
